THAT CAN CHANGE
YOUR LIFE

A COACH CAN
BE THE CATALYST
OF CHANGE

The aim of coaching is to improve performance by focusing on the here and now, rather than dwelling on the past or speculating about the future.

It is not about telling you how to live your life or do your job, but facilitating a process of learning, growing and achieving. Good coaches believe that the individual always has the answer to their own problems but may need help to find the answer, identify the way forward and take action.

In this way, professional coaching is no different from a sports coach. My job is to support you, challenge you, hold you accountable and celebrate with you when you achieve your goals. I am invested in your success.

A good coach can be the catalyst of change in your life.

A HOLISTIC APPROACH
TO COACHING

Holistic coaching is about honouring your truth and acknowledging that every day you bring your whole self to work. Instead of feeling that you have to be one person at home and another person at work, holistic coaching encourages you to be congruent. It is about being true to who you are, being authentic, and being willing to demonstrate your passions and share your strengths without holding back.

When you can be yourself at work, you will be more present, more resilient, and ultimately, more successful. Your relationships will be stronger, and your work and personal life in balance. There are lots of exciting ways to bring holistic coaching to life, as a professional coach it is one of the most rewarding aspects of the job, often achieving amazing, life changing outcomes.

WHY CHOOSE AN
ACCREDITED COACH?

Not all coaches are the same. A coach that is a member of, and has been accredited by, the International Coaching Federation (ICF), has completed formal coaching qualifications and rigorous vetting. They have proven their competency and capability and are bound by the ICF Code of Ethics.

An accredited coach maintains their professional competency by being supervised by peers, mentoring and completing ongoing units of professional development and their accreditation is reviewed every 3 years.

“Coaching is unlocking a person’s potential to maximise their own performance. It is helping them to learn rather than teaching them.”
